Das Instrument wurde am 14.01.1909 an Herrn Dr. Seybert in Wien erstausgelierfert. Es hat 21. Stimmen, 3 Manuale und Pedal.

Die Hybridharmonien von Kotykiewicz waren (wie alle Insrumente) technische Meisterwerke. Es handelt sich um ein großes Pedalharmonium, bei dem das dritte Manual mit echten Pfeifenregistern bestückt war. Diese Instrumente hatten alle Finessen zu bieten, die technisch möglich waren. Die Pfeifenregister mischen sich nahtlos in den Gesamtklang des Harmoniums ein. Durch die Manualteilungen und alle erdenklichen Koppeln sowie die reichhaltige Disposition sind die Klangkombinationen fast unbegrenzt. Soweit ich informiert bin, gibt es nur noch zwei erhaltene Instrumente. Eines davon ist dieses Harmonium in der Methodistenkirche. Es wird regelmäßig in den Gottesdiensten gespielt. Leider ist es in keinem guten Zustand. Ein weiteres Instrument befindet sich in Privatbesitz.

The hybrid instruments of Kotykiewicz were (like all instruments) technical masterpieces. It is a large pedal harmonium, where the third manual was equipped with real pipe stops. These instruments offered all the finesse that was technically possible. The pipe stops blend seamlessly into the overall sound of the harmonium. Due to the manual divisions and all imaginable couplings as well as the rich disposition, the sound combinations are almost unlimited. As far as I am informed, there are only two surviving instruments. One of them is this harmonium in the "Methodist Church". It is played regularly in the church services. Unfortunately it is not in good condition. Another instrument is in private ownership.
